All fees are payable in U.S. dollars. Payments are due in accordance with the terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, all payments made to OmniRank AI are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, software, branding, and materials provided through OmniRank AI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (such as ByWord.ai, Merchynt, WhatsApp, CRMs). We do not control and are not responsible for the practices, content, or performance of these third parties. Use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.
